Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is effective June 9, 2026 and explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Invovate subscriptions. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
1. Overview
This policy covers paid subscriptions to Invovate, the subscription developer API platform operated by PolarCurve LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States. Invovate is billed as a recurring subscription, charged to your payment card via Stripe. The Service is entirely digital — no physical goods are sold or shipped.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
Invovate provides digital software and API access only. There are no physical goods, and nothing is shipped or physically delivered.
Access to paid features is delivered electronically and activated immediately after a successful payment, by enabling the corresponding functionality on your account. That access remains active for the billing period you have paid for and renews automatically unless you cancel.
3. Cancellation
How to cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time using either method below:
- In-product: open your account or billing settings and cancel before the renewal date.
- By email: contact us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
Effect of cancellation. Cancellation stops all future, recurring billing. Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it ends. We do not prorate or refund partial billing periods.
4. Refunds
The current paid billing period is generally non-refundable once it has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, the period you have already started is treated as used.
To cancel: cancel anytime in your in-product account or billing settings before the renewal date, or email [email protected]. Cancelling stops future charges; your access then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
To request a refund, email [email protected] and include the email address associated with your account. We will review each request individually.
Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method used for the charge, typically within 5–10 business days. The exact time for the funds to appear may depend on your bank or card issuer.
5. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under applicable law. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the general terms above.
For example, customers in the EU and UK may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting your subscription and requesting immediate access, EU/UK consumers expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital services and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once delivery/access has begun, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Free Tier
The free tier involves no charge. Because nothing is paid, there is nothing to refund. You can stop using the free tier at any time.
